This very well-maintained, bright and airy property has everything that makes a house comfortable for a vacation. Three bedrooms, two baths, large living area with a fireplace and views of the mountains provide a spacious and comfortable environment that will accommodate up to seven overnight guests.
The open kitchen includes two easy chairs for the cook’s friends, the dining area has a table that seats eight people, and the living room has two big sofas arranged around the fireplace and the big screen TV.
Outside there are two well-furnished patios for relaxed outdoor entertaining. The entry patio looks onto a grassy lawn and the mountain-view patio has a hot tub. This property does not have direct water access or water views but is just a short walk from the beach.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
One week minimum during Summer (June 15-September 30, 2013) and all holidays including Thanksgiving, XMAS, New Years, and Easter. Two night minimum the rest of the year. Three-day holiday weekends include MLK, Presidents, Memorial, Labor, and Columbus Days and require 3 nights minimum. Please note that
prices quoted include cleaning upon departure but do not include the ten per cent tax the County of Marin puts on stays
of 31 days or less.
