One week minimum during Summer (June 20-September 15, 2014) and all holidays including Thanksgiving, XMAS, New Years, and Easter. Two night minimum the rest of the year. Three-day holiday weekends include MLK, Presidents, Memorial, 4th of July, Labor, and Columbus Days and require 3 nights minimum. Please note that prices quoted include cleaning upon departure but do not include the ten per cent tax the County of Marin puts on stays of 31 days or less.

Due to the ongoing drought situation, beginning September 1, 2014 the Stinson Beach County Water District has imposed a 125-gallon limit per day of water usage for each property regardless of the size or occupancy. Please contact our office with further details or questions.
