RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

One week minimum during Summer (June 19-September 11, 2015) and all holidays including Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, XMAS, and New Years. Two night minimum the rest of the year. Three-day holiday weekends include MLK, Presidents, Memorial, Labor, and Columbus Days and require 3 night minimum. Please note that prices quoted include cleaning upon departure but do not include the ten per cent tax the County of Marin puts on stays of 31 days or less.

Master Bath Shower is barrier free, has a fold out seat and dual shower heads.
