One week minimum during Summer (June 15-September 30, 2012) and all holidays including Thanksgiving, XMAS, New Years & Easter. Two night minimum the rest of the year. Three-day holiday weekends include MLK, Presidents & Memorial Days and require 3 nights minimum. Please note that prices quoted include cleaning upon departure but do not include the ten per cent tax the County of Marin puts on stays of 31 days or less.
