RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Two night minimum all year with the exception of Summer (6/11-9/30/10) and all holidays including Thanksgiving, XMAS, New Years & Easter, where a 1 week minimum is required. Three-day holiday weekends include MLK, Presidents & Memorial Days and require 3 nights minimum. Please note that prices quoted include cleaning upon departure but do not include the ten per cent tax the County of Marin puts on stays of 31 days or less.
