Charming simplicity just steps from the beach...

104 Seadrift is a throwback to the simpler days of beach vacations before cell phones and laptops. This house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with a fireplace, dinette, and a basic but complete kitchen. The patio area is well furnished with comfortable, old-fashioned loungers that are now back in style. A short path through the backyard leads to a hidden gate which brings you to a walkway out to the beach. William, here in the Seadrift office, says that the house reminds him of all the lake cabins his parents rented when he was growing up... simple, unpretentious and perfect for lazy afternoons with a paperback and simple suppers hot off the barbeque.
